

Delmy Garcia-Hoyt, a refugee from El Salvador, stands in front of a poster with photos of political prisoners, most of whom she knew. The photos form a silhouette of Archbishop Oscar Romero. Garcia-Hoyt is going back there in March with a group of fellow ex-pats to continue work on a health clinic and to honour Archbishop Oscar Romero, who was assassinated for his outspokenness on human rights issues.
